These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Lanwick's Website, located at https://www.lanwick.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Lanwick if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Enrollment & Registration

1.1. Students must complete the registration process and submit the required information before attending classes.
1.2. The enrollment is confirmed only after payment is received (if applicable).

2. Class Schedule & Attendance

2.1. Classes will be conducted online as per the schedule shared with students.
2.2. Students must join the class on time. Late entry may result in missing key lessons.
2.3. If a student cannot attend a session, they should inform the instructor at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Class Timings & Rescheduling

Class timings are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or as per a mutually agreed revised schedule. In case of rescheduling, the student/parent is requested to inform at least 12–24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the class may be considered as a completed session.

4. Course Validity & Duration

Course fees are valid only for the duration of the course purchased (3 months / 6 months / 12 months). The number of hours included in the purchased course must be completed within the specified course duration.
Extension of course validity may be granted in exceptional circumstances and only if mutually agreed in writing. Extension is not guaranteed and depends on availability.

5. Fees Applicable Per Student (1:1 Classes)
Fees mentioned are applicable for one student only for live 1:1 classes.
If more than one student attends the same class, a different fee structure will apply.

6. Course Material & Resources

6.1. Course materials (PDFs, worksheets, videos, etc.) will be provided by the instructor and should not be shared without permission.
6.2. Students are encouraged to take handwritten notes for better retention.

7. Payment & Refund Policy

7.1. Fees must be paid before the course begins.
7.2. No refunds will be issued once the course has started.
7.3. In case of cancellation before the course begins, a partial refund may be provided after deducting administrative fees.

8. Code of Conduct

8.1. Students are expected to behave respectfully during the class. Disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the course.
8.2. Use of offensive language, inappropriate messages, or misconduct will not be tolerated.

9. Technology Requirements

9.1. Students must have a stable internet connection, a functioning microphone, and a webcam (if required).
9.2. The instructor is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s end.

10. Homework & Assignments

10.1. Students are expected to complete assigned exercises on time.
10.2. Handwritten assignments should be scanned or photographed and submitted as per instructions.

11. Recording & Privacy

11.1. Classes may be recorded for educational purposes but will not be shared outside the enrolled students.
11.2. Students must not record or distribute class content without permission.

12. Modification of Terms

12.1. The instructor reserves the right to update these terms and conditions if necessary.
12.2. Students may or may not be notified of any changes in advance.
